In order to attend any event with the Ave Maria Youth Group in 2010-2011, you must first register. Note: Registration entails the purchase of a $12 youth group t-shirt which you will wear to youth group events.
To register, first print out and fill out a Release Form and a Medical Form. These forms must be notorized. The local bank where you have an account will notorize for free, or Ave Maria Development charges $5/per sheet. Second, fill out the form below with your personal information for our records and your safety.

Please sign up below to provide snacks and refreshments for the youth group at a date with an open slot (at lease one day per family). Plan to feed at least 50 kids. Food choice can be pizza and drinks, heavy snacks and drinks , or dessert and drinks.
